What we collect
We collect your email address and sign-in identity, the artwork you upload or generate, conversion settings and outputs, membership and AI usage records, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Payment card details are never stored by us; they are handled by PayPal, Apple, or Google.
How we use it
We use this information to create accounts, process conversions, provide previews and downloads, enforce membership and AI quotas, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. AI prompts are sent to our image-generation provider only to produce the requested artwork.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database and private file storage, PayPal/Apple/Google for billing, an AI image provider for generated artwork, and cloud infrastructure for conversion workers. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms.
Retention
Stitch jobs and artifacts are retained for the period configured by the deployment operator and may expire automatically. Account deletion removes your account, job rows, billing links, and stored job artifacts, except records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or chargeback purposes.
Your choices
You can access and update your account from the Account page and delete your account there. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or object to processing. Contact us to exercise those rights.
