Terms of Service

1. The service

EmbroLink turns uploaded images and SVG artwork into machine embroidery files and provides stitch previews and editing tools. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, infringe rights, or attempt to bypass membership, quota or download controls.

3. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Web purchases are processed by PayPal. iOS purchases are processed by Apple, and Android purchases by Google Play. Store billing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the store where you purchased. Cancelling a membership stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. AI generation allowances reset at the start of each billing period.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the artwork you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display that content only to provide the service. You must have the rights needed to upload and convert the content, and you must not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

5. AI-generated artwork

AI output may be inaccurate or similar to other output. You are responsible for reviewing designs before stitching or selling them. AI quotas are enforced per account and billing period and may not be shared or resold.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a design will stitch correctly on every machine, fabric, or stabilizer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes and contact
